4-stitch right-slant cable

	Slip the next 2 stitches (stitches 1 and 2) to the cable needle, hold the cable needle to the back.
	Knit 2 (the next 2 stitches, stitches 3 and 4).
	Knit the 2 stitches from the cable needle.
	The 2 stitches on the left-hand side are crossed over the adjacent 2 stitches to the right.
