20" [51 cm] square pillow form.
MEASUREMENT
Approx 20" [51 cm] square.
GAUGE
13 sts and 17 rows = 4" [10 cm] stocking st.
INSTRUCTIONS
Note:
When working from chart, use intarsia technique and wind small balls of colors to be used, one for each separate area of color in the chart.
To change colors, twist the 2 colors around each other where they meet, on WS, to avoid a hole.
Do not strand colors across WS.
Front
Note:
Use A as Color 1 and B as Color 2.
With Color 1, cast on 66 sts.
Work chart in stocking st to end of chart, reading knit rows from right to left and purl rows from left to right, until all 92 rows of chart have been completed.
Cast off.
Back
Note:
Use B as Color 1 and A as Color 2.
Work as given for Front.
FINISHING
Pin Front and Back to measurements.
Cover with a damp cloth to dry.
With WS facing, sew 3 sides tog.
Insert pillow form.
Sew rem side closed.
