(1) Players decide who goes first by picking a tile and the player with the
heaviest tile goes first.
(2) If there is 2, 3 or 4 players, they pick up
14, 9 or 7 tiles each respectively.
(3) Players place tiles face down (so
they can't see them) in a line and decide which side of their own line they will
play from.
If a player can go, they keep placing another tile until they are unable to
do so. If a player cannot go, they move that tile on the end of their line.
(4) To win a round, a player must empty their hand of tiles. If the game is
blocked, a player can still win by having the lowest pip total.
Strategy
A good player will keep track of which tiles they own
as well as their opponent's tiles.
